Your right to delete. You can permanently delete your CHARLéY account and all associated personal data at any time, for any reason. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what happens to your data afterward.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your profile data, matches, personality assessment results, and conversation history will be erased.
If you no longer have access to the app or your account, email us at admin@charleyhub.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Please include the email address or username associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation when complete.
Selecting Delete Account deactivates your account. Your profile becomes hidden and unsearchable, sign-in is disabled, and notifications stop. We retain your account data for authorized administration and account recovery.
Your account deletion request will be held for 30 days. Contact support during this period if you change your mind.
